Ordering Options
You may order products by:
1. Email: Include product name, quantity, scent choice. Please include your email addy, phone number and address. I will contact you back via email with purchase total and the calculated shipping fee (Parcel Post Standard).
2. Phone: Orders phoned in before 8:00 p.m. Be ready with the product name, quantity, scent choice, shipping address and phone number. If you are unable to reach me personally, you may leave a message and number so I may call you back ASAP for your order information.
Payment Options
Cedar Haven Creations is currently using PayPal for all on-line purchases. Using PayPal allows us to accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards, bank transfers and echecks. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to use their services.

1. Personal Check: You may pay for your order with your Bank Check. All checks must clear funds through your bank account before I ship the product you ordered. Remember it may take 5-10 days for your check to clear.
2. Money Order: As soon as I recieve payment I will ship your product.
3. Paypal Account: This is an easy, fast and convenient way to pay for your order. Set up your Paypal account now if you don't have one. There are multiple options for payment to choose from through paypal. Transfer funds from your paypal account, credit card or have funds transferred directly from your bank account to my paypal merchant account. All I need to know is your email address that you are using for paypal. I will send you a billing statement via your email. I am not billing through paypal. Log onto paypal and send funds to my email merchant account which is:

Shipping
These rates I use are for USPS Priority Flat Rate Box of small at $4.95, Medium $10.35 and Large $13.95. Most orders fit into the medium size box. If your order includes more than two laundry soap that would need to be shipped in the large. After your order has been processed you will recieve a shipping billing along with the product total.
Product Pickup
If you are a local customer and wish to place an order for pick-up at the farm, please e-mail your order and I can either bill you through PayPal or you can pay in person when picking up your order. Pickup orders are discounted 10%.
